Lucas
L.G. was born 17 weeks early with a weight of 1 pound 8 ounces. He was not expected to survive due to the severity of his lung disease. He ultimately spent the first four months of his life in the hospital. Following discharge to home, he needed supplemental oxygen for 10 months.
Now L.G. is a healthy six-year-old in first grade. He loves to ride his bike and is also the proud “big brother” of two-year-old twins.
